SINGAPORE - Prime Minister Player Hsien Loong has sent valedictory hand on Friday to three retiring ministers - Mr Lim Hng Kiang, Social Lim Swee Say and Dr Yaacob Ibrahim - lauding them for their many contributions to Singapore over their decades of service.
